Pan seared with apple butter BBQ topped with an apple and carrot slaw

Salmon En Croute
Atlantic salmon and brie wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Served with a warm maple mustard vinaigrette

Tornadoes of Beef
Pan seared beef medallions topped with wild mushrooms and onions and finished with a lobster cream sauce

Tilapia
Baked tilipia topped with a white bean, smoked ham and crab ragout

Petite Filet*
6 oz filet pan-seared and served Marche d'vin sauce

Surf and Turf*
Petite filet coupled with Daniel's signature crab cake

Crab Cake
Daniel's signature 8 oz colossal jumbo lump crab cake with Dijon crème sauce
