The 20 lucky guests at Chef Daniel's Wine Dinner on Tuesday September 14, 2010 were treated 4 amazing courses of food and wine.  The evening started out with a tender, fragrant lobster tail that melted in the mouth.  The meticulously salted heirloom tomato turned it into a fabulous plate.  Lamb was one star of the the second course but the pear butter gastrique was a supernova. The main course was a masterpiece.  The crispy duck breast is totally amazing all on its own.  The combination with the sweet corn and cilantro bechemel sauce was perfect.
